GHG Fun Science and Engineering Fair!

GHG Fun Science and Engineering Fair!

Friday, March 2nd, 1-3 p.m.
Location: Guelph Main Library, Program Room (2nd Floor)

This is an extremely **open and flexible** event. Everything from traditional projects which start with a hypothesis and work through an experiment, to descriptions/drawings/photos of anything in the natural world, to a fun engineering activity your child wishes to try. NO STRESS!!! Let your child’s curiosity be a guide! If they are not into writing, no writing is necessary. If they like to write, long written descriptions are welcome.

The GHG Fair will be open to all ages. If you are looking for inspiration, the Guelph Public Library has lots of books on science fair projects!

p.s. If you do wish to do a traditional style project, the dollar store on Eramosa has cardboard “platforms” suitable for displays for about $3, I believe. BUT this is not necessary! If you just want to bring a picture, a ball (talk about gravity?), anything will be welcome!

RSVP to Mary-Claire on the GHG message boards, on Facebook, or via email at maryclaire.kavanagh@gmail.com
